Shipping
We make your product to order in 3-5 business days . Once ready, we'll hand it over to the courier, who will deliver it in 2-3 business days . Since you live on an island, your pair will have to cross the sea, which adds about 24 hours to the standard 1-2 day delivery time.
Shipping is free throughout Italy on orders over €59 . We ship throughout Europe: for European countries, a €10 fee applies.
Returns
If the size is not correct or you wish to return the product, you can do so by contacting us within 14 days of delivery , as required by European legislation.
- Returns are free in the event of a size change or return with a request for a purchase voucher .
- If you prefer a refund , we'll ask you to pay for the package collection: €6 from Italy, €15 from other European countries. This amount will be deducted directly from your refund.
How to request a return
Contact us via email or WhatsApp: we'll send you a waybill to print and affix to the package. We'll arrange for the courier to pick up the package.
Return conditions
Products must not have been used or damaged. They must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition.
Management times
Once we have received the return and verified the integrity of the product, we will proceed with the refund or issue the purchase voucher within 7 working days .
