We try to answer your most frequently asked questions

What advice do you have on choosing the size?

Our clogs and sandals fit true to size. If you're a half size, we always recommend going half a size up. For example, if you're a size 36.5, we recommend buying a size 37 instead of a size 36. We especially recommend going half a size or one size up for closed-toe clogs, especially if you plan to wear them in the winter with socks. If you have any questions about sizing, don't hesitate to contact us; we'll try to help you find the right size for you.

What is meant by a custom order?

Ours is an artisan shop where every product is handmade. We can therefore combine colors, patterns, and bases according to our customers' wishes. It's not possible to create patterns other than those offered, but we do allow for some variation on the combinations. If you see a color you like (for example, blush) but would like it made in a pattern you see in green, please contact us. If possible, we'd be happy to create it specifically for you.

Can the width of the upper be customized?

Yes, as we mentioned before, each product is handmade. It's therefore possible to customize the fit. If you have particularly narrow or slightly thicker feet, we can make the products offered in the width best suited to your foot. Contact us and we'll do our best to make your clogs or sandals custom-made!

I stained my skin! What do I do?

You can clean nappa leather with a cotton ball soaked in cleansing milk. Rub the cotton ball over the leather and the leather will regain its original color. Don't use cleansing milk on porous leathers, as it may stain. Oily leather can be cleaned with grease. Brush the grease over the entire upper with a small brush, then dry it with a soft cloth or a piece of paper towel. The color of the leather may darken after treatment. Suede can be cleaned with special suede erasers, which are commonly found at hardware stores. Rub the eraser over the stain, trying to remove it by lifting the leather slightly. Test each treatment on a hidden area of the shoe to avoid damaging it.

Are small marks on the skin defects?

No, on the contrary! These signs—such as veins, growth marks, scars, or blemishes—are proof that the leather is authentic and natural. This is the true beauty of high-quality leather.

Can wood have differences in color or grain?

Of course! Wood is a living, natural material: every shade, knot, or grain makes it unique. These characteristics aren't imperfections, but part of its charm and authenticity.

The color is different from the photo I saw, why?

The color of our products may appear slightly different from the photos because display varies depending on your device and screen settings. We always do our best to display colors accurately, but there may be small differences from what you see online.
